Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship worldwide. Take heed of customs fees though.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping is free, but the customs fees might not be, if you are doing an import.

What are customs fees?

Customs fees are the taxes applied on products when they’re shipped across countries. Put simply, it’s the tax levied on the import of goods.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from warehouses around the world from various manufacturers right after you make the payment. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
How do I know the lead-time of the items that I ordered?

Once you place your order, the quotation sent to your email will include the moment of delivery. Furthermore, our logistics team will always check your availability in advance.

Can I have my order shipped to an address other than my billing address?

Yes. On the Checkout page, check the box called “Ship to a different address?” and enter a different address than the billing one.

Can I have my order delivered to a parcel locker/business?
For the time being, delivery to a parcel locker is unfortunately not possible in our ordering process on the website. 
 Delivery to a company is possible if the company’s address is specified as the shipping address.
How do I provide additional delivery instructions?

You can write extra delivery instructions in the checkout form, under “Additional information”.

Is my order already on its way?
Once we have shipped your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain a link to package tracking so you can check the delivery status online.

How can I track the status of my order?
For any questions about your order status please contact us.
You will receive a track & trace email to track your order. You choose the delivery day at check out and they will notify you about the time window a day before delivery. If you haven’t received your email, check the spam/junk folder.
Where can I find details on shipping information?

You can either check your order confirmation shared upon purchase or contact us for more up-to-date information.

Who is shipping my order?

Your items are shipped by our experienced white glove delivery professionals.

What are the delivery times?
Self In Art sells products that are printed and assembled only for the buyer to reduce overconsumption and to increase creativity. This process takes between 2 and 4 days.
 
If the production takes place in the same country where the package will be delivered, the delivery time can be between 5 and 10 days.
 
If the production takes place in a different country than the one where the package will be delivered, the delivery time can be between 10 and 30 days.
 
The country in which the product will be packed is listed in the “DELIVERY” tab in every product page. If more than one country is listed, then the product will be made and packed in the same continent as the shipping address and if possible, in the same country(automatically, you will not have to do anything extra).
Can my order be expedited?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer expedited shipping at this time. To get a fast shipping time, we recommend purchasing a product that is packed in the same continent or country as it is in the shipping address. The country in which the product will be packed is listed in the “DELIVERY” tab in every product page.

What can I do when my order is delayed?

As we deal with multiple suppliers across the world, factors outside our control may cause unexpected delays. Kindly, hold on for a little while longer and you’ll have your brand new product at your doorstep! For real time information, check the email information received about your order or contact us.

Do you do partial shipments?
For us efficiency is key, so in general we prefer to deliver each order in one go, actually minimizing lead times for everyone. However, because we work with multiple on-demand manufacturers across the globe, you might receive your order in separate packages. If your order comes from the same manufacturer, you will receive the products in the same package.

I have purchased multiple items. Can I group them together for same day delivery?

I haven’t received my order, what should I do?
You will be notified by email of the shipping date, your order tracking number, and a hyperlink allowing you to access the carrier’s website and track your package. Any shipping or delivery delays will be communicated to you by email.
 
However, if the country of your shipping address is not the same as the country of the manufacturing and if you encounter a problem tracking your delivery or if it is not delivered within 30 days without prior notification, you can contact us.

What happens if I’m not home when my order arrives?
You will be notified when the driver arrives and we strongly advise you should pick it up or someone you know. If the delivery driver doesn’t find you at your address, they will attempt delivery again.
Please also check the delivery status via the tracking link that we sent you in the shipping confirmation email.

Note: in some countries it is normal and safe for the courier to leave the package to a neighbor or a note in the mail. In other countries, it is not, so they usually come back. However, you miss the delivery entirely, you should check our returns policy.
My order is missing one or more items.
It’s possible we shipped your items in separate packages. Please check your emails to see if any items are still on their way.

If you received all packages and you cannot find certain products, make sure that you to make a video of the unpacking process, so that any disputes can be solved in your advantage. You don’t have to show your face, but the label should be seen. Send it at info@selfinart.com.
